Cancellation Policies

Cancellation of Conference Registration

If you have to cancel your registration (or a companion's registation) for the Neutrino 2006 Conference, please go to your control panel and select "Cancel" following the appropriate name (yours or a companion's) to request cancellation. You will receive full refunds until May 1, 2006, less a $50 per person cancellation charge. On May 1 you will be refunded 75% of your registration fee less the $50 cancellation charge.  After May 15 you will be refunded 50% of your registration fee less the $50 cancellation charge. After June 1, 2006, there is no refund. The above policy also applies to accompanying persons. Since there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy and you risk the loss of some or all of the cost of registration, we urge you to protect your payment by purchasing travel insurance. Cancellation of Tours and Excursions

If you must cancel any of the optional tours for which you are registered, please send notification of cancellation in writing to Royal Road Tours via email, fax, or regular mail. Since there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy as stated in the registration, and you risk the loss of some or all of your tour payment if you cancel within penalty periods, we urge you to protect your payment by purchasing travel insurance.

For Half and Full Day Tours: If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the start date of the tour, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel within 29-15 days prior to the start date of the tour, you will receive 50% refund. Any cancellations made 14 days prior to the start date of the scheduled tour are non-refundable.

For Multi-day Tours: If you cancel 45 days or more prior to the start date of the tour, you will receive a full refund minus a $25 per person cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 44-30 days prior to the start date of the tour, you will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost of the tour minus a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any cancellations made 29-15 days receive a 25% refund minus a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 14 days prior to the start date of the tour receive no refund.
