Participant Information

Participants will receive invitations to the conference beginning in October 2005. Invitations to present papers will be sent at the same time. Those wishing to present posters must submit abstracts by March 15, 2006. The conference starts with registration and a reception on Tuesday, June 13 at 5 pm. in the Hilton Ortiz Room.

Plenary sessions begin at 8:30 am on June 14 through June 19. On June 16 the plenary session ends at 10:35 a.m. for the Golondrinas picnic. All plenary sessions will take place at the Lensic Theater, an easy walking distance from most of the hotels. Shuttle service will be provided from further away hotels. The daily schedule will be 8:30am - 12:30 p.m. and 2:00-6:30 pm. There will be refreshment breaks each morning and afternoon. A listing of the many Santa Fe restaurants to choose from for your lunches will be included in the registration bag.

The poster session will be at the Hilton on June 15. Set up will be available on June 14. Poster locations will be available on line and through email the week before the conference.. A public talk by Michael Turner will be presented on June 16 at the Lensic Theater. On June 17, a historic poster show will be part of the banquet at Bishops Lodge.

Small meeting rooms will be available for groups by contacting the Neutrino Conference registration desk at the Hilton Hotel lobby.
