Plenary sessions begin at 8:30
am on June 14 through June 19. On June 16 the plenary
session will end at 10:35 for the Golondrinas picnic. All plenary sessions will take place at the Lensic Theater, an
easy walking distance from most of the hotels. Shuttle
service will be provided from further away hotels. The daily
schedule will be 8:30 am-12:30 p.m. and 2:00-6:30 pm.
There will be refreshment breaks each morning and afternoon.
