Registration Information

Please note that you are not officially registered for the conference until you complete the online registration process and submit payment.

Participation at the conference is by invitation. Invitations will be sent starting September 2005. Registration will be done online at the conference website, or in exceptional cases, by fax or mail using a form which will be available on the conference website.

See Important Dates for information pertaining to registration and presentation deadlines.

Registration Fees

The above fees cover admittance to the entire scientific program, conference materials, a copy of the proceedings, refreshments during session breaks, and the following events:

  • conference banquet/historic poster session
  • excursion to the Spanish Colonial farm
  • opera program
  • June 13 reception
  • June 14 reception

It is very important for you to tell us which events you plan to attend. If you do not select events, we will assume you will not attend, and will not have food, drink and resources to accommodate your attendance.

When registering, please select the "Social Events Package – Conference Participants" to indicate that you plan to attend all of these included events. You may also indicate only the events you wish to attend, by registering for each separately.

For accompanying persons, the registration fee is $20. See Tours and Excursions for events for which accompanying persons may register.
